§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definition of Terms

§4 Delivery

The delivery will be completed at the latest within 7 working days.
For advance payment, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer.
For all other payment methods, the delivery period starts the day after the contract is concluded.
If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the delivery location, it will be extended to the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is transferred to the buyer only upon delivery of the item in the case of a shipment purchase.

§5 Retention of Title

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof
